DP/OL-4

DP/OL-4 is an vertical grouting pump which is designed to suit modular assembling.

Light weight, compact, esay to handle both in restricted area than in sites difficult to reach. It makes esay also severe working problems.

Our grout injection pump DP/OL-4 is consisting of a cylinder with a double acting piston, and overlapped ball valves. It is electro-hydraulic driven, equipped with a pressure and flow governor for a better use. All hydraulic working parts are easily accessible for easy maintenance. As pump is made by only few pieces the maintenance is extremely easy and at low cost.

Our grouting pump mo. DP/OL-4 can work for minipiles injections, tunnel liner grouting, rock anchor grouting, void filling etc...

The DP/OL-4 RG is equipped with a special distributor and can work for manchettes grouting and cracking. In this case a double pair of values are preset: max delivery at low pressure (LP) and max pressure (HP) at low delivery (for cracking).

The distributor is hand operated or automatic operated through magnetic valave equipped also with strokes and cycles recorder in its own board which is installed on the desk.

Grouting pumps DP/OL-4 and DP/OL-4 RG use also assembled in more units in a container with one feeder tank only and an injection line each pump.
