The pump is combined with a small turbmixer, in order to obtain a complete unit for the mixing and the injection operation all electric or hydraulic driven.

The grout delivery rate can be adjusted directly by the electrical panel or, in the case of application in groups to hyraulic operation, can be controlled through a valve speed.

A safety velve discharge the pressure of the sustem in case of overpressure. The system is particularly suitable for geothermal applications or injections of micropiles and tie rods.

FOR CEMENT AND CHEMICAL MIXTURES GROUTING

The AGITATORS are made of single steel tank, width vertical shaft carrying blades, cover tank and discharge tap. The transmission is made by motor with electrical or pneumatic functioning. Usually the Clivio Agitators are assembled with our Clivio mixer TM and our pumps (injector) series AP - MP - DP.

FOR CEMENT GROUT, CHEMICAL GROUT, OTHER MIXTURES - ELECTRIC DRIVEN

Grout Injection Unit CLIVIO model DP/4M + 5M is designed to particularly meet the problems of consolidation works, micropiling, anchor holes and every where valves piles fracture is concerned (tube a machete).

The unit is consisting of:

- grout injector pump CLIVIO model DP/OL-4 electro-hydraulic driven

- Double a tank mixer CLIVIO model 5M electric-driven

The whole is mounted on a steel frame including the electric panel with pump control switches HP/LP (high/low pressure) and on/off electric motors.

Lifting points have been placed for a pompt and safe site setting.

FOR GROUT INJECTION AND SPECIAL MIXTURES

DP/OL-4 is an vertical grouting pump which is designed to suit modular assembling.

Light weight, compact, esay to handle both in restricted area than in sites difficult to reach. It makes esay also severe working problems.

Our grout injection pump DP/OL-4 is consisting of a cylinder with a double acting piston, and overlapped ball valves. It is electro-hydraulic driven, equipped with a pressure and flow governor for a better use. All hydraulic working parts are easily accessible for easy maintenance. As pump is made by only few pieces the maintenance is extremely easy and at low cost.

Our grouting pump mo. DP/OL-4 can work for minipiles injections, tunnel liner grouting, rock anchor grouting, void filling etc...

The DP/OL-4 RG is equipped with a special distributor and can work for manchettes grouting and cracking. In this case a double pair of values are preset: max delivery at low pressure (LP) and max pressure (HP) at low delivery (for cracking).

The distributor is hand operated or automatic operated through magnetic valave equipped also with strokes and cycles recorder in its own board which is installed on the desk.

Grouting pumps DP/OL-4 and DP/OL-4 RG use also assembled in more units in a container with one feeder tank only and an injection line each pump.

Grout injection units CLIVIO mod. MP/A-2-MA200A have been designed to meet the technical requirements of the customer and are configured to satisfy the specific operational requirements.

Grouting units MP/A-2-MA200A consist of:

- M200A -Mixer CLIVIO air driven

- A200A - Agitator CLIVIO air driven

- MP/A-2 - Pump (injector) CLIVIO air driven.

All machines of the grout injection unit are arranged in a functional way on a single base frame (on request with 4 jack, rubber wheels and parking brake) and centralized control panel to be ready for use.

Particularly suitable in those sites where the compressed air is available at low cost. The use of a group so compact and light greatly reduces the installation time on site and requires minimal maintenance.

PS/A-MA140A is air driven and is designed to particularly meet consolidation works in restricted areas where electrical current is not available and where small grouting and low pressure works are required (restauration works, micro pile, foundation, consolidation etc.).

Grout injection unit PS/A-MA140A is composed of:

- M140/A - Mixer CLIVIO air driven

- A140/A - Agitator CLIVIO air driven

- PS/A - Pump (injector) CLIVIO air driven

HIGHSPEED MIXERS FOR CEMENT GROUT, COLLOIDAL GROUT, BENTONITE, OTHER MIXTURES

High-speed mixer CLIVIO "TM" in particularly designed to produce colloidal grout. The high shear action of our special centrifugal pump and the high grout vortex caused inside the tank produce a colloidal grout. Our high-speed mixers TM may produce various types of cement grouts and chemical grouts. They are also working on jet grouting plant. Robust design and reliability are the main features of our high-speed mixers TM. Normally prime power mover is electric, on request pneumatic or hydraulic. On request we manufactre complete grouting units on a single steel base. Acessories: charging plate with hopper and water metering gauge.
